Audit partner at RSM Panama, S.A., with over 20 years of professional experience auditing companies within the framework of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in the Colon Free Trade Zone, the maritime industry, logistics, and related companies established in Cuba, Colombia, and Argentina. He has directly participated in large-scale Due Diligence projects for both national and international companies in the energy, manufacturing, and services sectors. He has also provided consulting services to companies in adopting IFRS for the first time and implementing changes to them. He studied at universities in Ottawa, Canada, and in New York City. He graduated from Pace University, New York City, N.Y., where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Accounting.

Additionally, he has led the Tax department and practice, where tax services and Transfer Pricing are developed.
