ABOUT DARWIN

Darwin has years of extensive audit experience. He managed regular audit engagements for publicly listed and private entities in different industries such as manufacturing, shipping and logistics, schools, cooperatives, among others. He has played a key role in engagements involving initial public offering, due diligence, and business process reviews.

Darwin graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant. He attended the 2017 Basic Management Program of the Asian Institute of Management where he was awarded with a Certificate of Superior Performance. He is attending RT&Co.’s joint Master of Business Administration Program with San Beda University.
