RSM Romania is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrian Șerban in the role of Partner in the Tax Department. In this new role, Adrian will work closely with the tax consultant teams in the Corporate Division of the Tax Department on domestic and global projects; he will continue to manage a broad and diverse portfolio of clients operating in the Romanian market.

Adrian has more than ten years of experience in tax, specializing in issues related to direct and international taxation: personal taxation, income tax, non-resident income tax, transfer pricing, tax review projects, audit, and due diligence. Before joining the RSM team, Adrian worked for two leading consulting firms and held the position of Tax Manager in the Tax Department of one of the largest online stores in Eastern Europe.
