Present in the legislation for many years, the tax on non-residents continues to generate "interesting" situations in practice. During the seminar, RSM experts will discuss concrete and real-world examples — from royalties, services, and interest to the complicated contracts of the digital economy.

Labor taxation — legislative changes applicable in 2023
The legislation on the taxation of income from wages continues to change in 2023: we start the year with new limitations on the application of tax facilities in certain areas and with new ceilings for the granting of advantages in kind. During the seminar, RSM experts will analyze the impact these changes have on employers in the context of the current personnel crisis.
