Dan Schwartz is the co-founder and the leading partner of RSM Romania and one of the most reputed Romanian experts in tax consulting.

Dan is a certified Tax Adviser, Financial Auditor, and Romanian CPA specializing in Transfer Pricing and International Taxation.  He has an in-depth understanding of the Romanian business environment, having experienced first-hand, as an entrepreneur, the challenges of sustainability, scalability, and stability.  Throughout his career, he has often contributed to developing and updating national legislation as a member of the Coalition for Romania.

He has honed  his expertise as a tax adviser and business leader through extensive education programs completed at HIID-Harvard University, Washington State University, George Washington University, and the Paris Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers.
