Otilia Schwartz is an expert in Accounting and the co-founder of RSM Romania; she has developed and led the company's Accounting and Outsourcing divisions.

Otilia is a certified accountant. Her expertise includes accounting, business development, financial reporting, financial analysis, risk management, forecasting, negotiation, and consulting. Her portfolio of clients includes top-tier companies in retail, manufacturing, automotive, publishing, education, not-for-profit, professional services, marketing & communications,  and real estate.

Otilia has played an essential role in the development and mentoring of the accounting team members (including three Partners), helping them to improve and leverage both their professional and personal abilities.
