As of January 21, 2021, Serbians and foreign nationals without a valid temporary residence permit traveling to Serbia for business reasons are allowed to enter Serbia without the negative PCR test, on condition that they announce their arrival to the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (“Chamber”) via e-mail address: [email protected] 48 hours before their planned arrival and provide the following information:

- Name and surname of the person announcing his/her entry into Serbia for business reasons

- Number of travel document and name of the issuing country

- A brief description of the business reasons for entering Serbia

-Date and border crossing point of entry into Serbia, flight number and name of an airline company or registration number of passenger motor vehicle

-Date of entry and duration of the person’s stay in Serbia

-The address at which the person intends to stay while in Serbia

-The person’s phone number and e-mail address available during his/her stay in Serbia.

Upon entering the country, they will have to take a rapid antigen test at a Serbian reference laboratory and submit the test to the Chamber.

IMPORTANT

The new procedure does not apply to arrivals from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Montenegro, since a negative PCR test for entering Serbia is not obligatory for arrivals from these countries.
