The Association of Tax Advisors of Serbia (Serbian abbreviation: UPSS) held its 4th Congress at the Premier Aqua Hotel in Vrdnik on May 24 and 25, 2018.

Partners of RSM Serbia, Srdjan Simic and Marko Milojevic had a joint presentation with the topic "Buying a bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity" for approx. an hour and half, including a number of questions and answers from the participants of the Congress to whom the answers were provided. During the presentation, our Partners presented a number of practical advices on this topic, with a special emphasis on the experience of RSM Serbia from the perspective of accounting and various forms of taxation that apply here, as well as legal issues that are interpolated through the entire segment of buying the legal entity from bankruptcy.
