We have a diverse client base in  ranging from listed entities to family owned enterprises, extensive range of clients from varying industries and you’ll have the opportunity to work on a number of different clients. Trainees are mentored along their career journey and supported to continuously improve through mentorship and training. This includes training around the various technical aspects of your future career, as well as on areas that will help you develop into a well-rounded professional. Our firm also has an open door policy, meaning that you are always able to approach someone on a more senior level for guidance if you need it.

Study support

Working and studying at the same time can be hard. Our training team provide our trainee accountants with support and guidance that will help you achieve the best possible result in your qualifying exams. You are also allowed certain days off in order to study for and take those important exams in order to achieve your coveted CA(SA) designation.

International secondment opportunities

Our network has member firms across the globe, offering the opportunity to work and gain experience in another country through our secondment programme. We have seconded a significant number of trainee accountants over a number of years to the USA, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany and others.
