Alistair has been involved in operational and strategy consulting for the past 18 years, working for international professional services and consulting firms in various leadership capacities.
Prior to RSM, he held the roles of Consulting Director for Marsh South Africa, Senior Partner at Decision Inc, as well as the operational strategy leader for KPMG South Africa.
His primary focus at RSM is on driving the organisational vision and strategy of the firm. Additionally, he overseas all operations and employee productivity. He is a member of the firms Executive Leadership, with the responsibility of executing on firm strategy and operational efficiency. He has deep experience in providing management consulting services in the Financial, Mining, Development Finance Sectors of Sub-Saharan Africa.
