Before starting her journey as a Chartered Accountant, Mokgadi worked for Investec Private Bank as an Internal Consultant. She then joined KPMG where she completed her articles and stayed on as an audit supervisor. Post articles she gained experience as a management consultant with Alstom S & E Africa later going back to auditing, where she briefly joined public sector auditing and then ventured into private practice.
Mokgadi was the co-founder of a small audit firm in Johannesburg which she co-managed for over 10 years, servicing clients in the public and private sector. Her career in auditing spans over 18 years. During this time she has managed audits in the funding and development sector, the information sector and freight logistics.
Mokgadi is actively involved in the profession as a member of the IRBA Accreditation Committee (ACCOM) and the IRBA Panel of POE Reviewers. She has a passion for learning and development and contributing to the audit profession.
