Ángel Villaverde is a partner at RSM, specialising in Corporate, Restructuring and Litigation.

He has more than 15 years of experience in legal practice, focused on the area of restructuring, and has participated in a wide range of transactions in different sectors mainly including pharma, start-ups, textile and real estate, all from a financial-bankruptcy and labour (redundancy plans) point of view.

Insolvency Administrator since 2010, he has been part of the team appointed as Bankruptcy Administrator in different Commercial Courts, both at the proposal of the judge and the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) in the insolvency proceedings of listed companies.

He works with the Chamber of Argentinean Entrepreneurs in Spain (CEAES) on various programmes for launching entrepreneurs.

He began his professional career at Peñafort, which later became part of RSM.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
