Christian Castellá

Christian Castellá is a partner at RSM and specialises in Litigation and Arbitration.

Christian represents both national and international clients in proceedings before various Spanish courts and in arbitration proceedings before the main domestic and international arbitration courts.

His practice focuses on the resolution of civil and commercial disputes of varying nature, including those arising from corporate disputes, M&A transactions, collaboration agreements, acts of unfair competition, insurance contracts or the marketing of financial and investment products.  He also has experience acting in administrative and contentious courts and in bankruptcy proceedings.

Christian also advises on commercial risk mitigation, contract drafting and cross-border or multi-jurisdictional legal issues.  He also has extensive experience in distribution and agency agreements.

Christian has advised and/or represented clients in a variety of industries including consumer products, healthcare and pharmaceutical, industrial, insurance, financial, telecommunications and entertainment.

Prior to joining RSM as partner, Christian developed most of his professional career in the Dispute Resolution department of a renowned international firm.

He holds a Degree in Law from the Universidad Abat Oliba CEU, a Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresas and a Master’s Degree in Intellectual and Industrial Property, LLM, from Queen Mary and Westfield College in London.

He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and of the Spanish Arbitration Club (CEA).
