David Sardá

Partner. Forensic & Assurance

David Sardá is a partner at RSM and specialises in Forensic and Assurance.

He has more than 20 years of experience in advising companies and leads the firm’s Forensic & Other Assurance division.

His areas of expertise are auditing processes, Due Diligence, valuations of companies, businesses and brands, financial advisory services, and the preparation of expert witness reports for major clients in a variety of sectors (banking, commercial, industrial, etc.), as well as their ratification in court.

Prior to joining RSM Spain, he spent approximately 15 years at KPMG auditing domestic and multinational companies and groups, specialising in the consumer goods, distribution, pharmaceutical and real estate development sectors. Subsequently, David was a founding partner of Argentum Finanzas Corporativas where he focused primarily on Forensic and Corporate Finance services.

David has given numerous internal audit training sessions at KPMG from 2001 to 2012, as well as giving several courses on business combinations and the valuation of brands, companies, and businesses in various public and private institutions (Institute of Auditors of Catalonia and IFAES).

He holds a Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona, having completed the first stage at the University Abat Oliba-CEU.

He is a member of the Committee of Expert Proceedings of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Catalonia, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Spain and registered in the Official Register of Auditors of Spain (ROAC) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Spain (ICJCE) with ROAC number 20776.
