Ernesto Gutiérrez is a partner at RSM and specialises in Real Estate.

Ernesto has more than 20 years of experience, in which he has specialized in corporate, commercial, financial and banking law, securities and regulatory markets, mergers, acquisitions, investments-divestments and corporate accordion operations, in urban and real estate law, management of real estate assets in SOCIMIS/REITS, and sale-and-leaseback operations, among others.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, is a member of the UIBA (Union of Ibero-American Bar Associations) and academic correspondent of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation of Spain. He also holds a Ph.D. in Law from ICADE and has an MBA and a master’s degree in real estate management.
