Francisco J. Remiro is a partner at RSM.

He specialises in the audit of financial statements and is a specialist in auditing companies in the commercial, services, construction, and industrial sectors. Likewise, he is an expert in reviewing consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with both Spanish and international accounting standards.

Francisco is responsible for the technical department and commission for the independence of the Spanish firm, resolving potential conflicts of interest in accordance with the law on the audit of accounts.

He holds a Degree in Business Administration and Management, Accounting and Auditing from the University of Zaragoza and a Master’s Degree in Auditing from the University of Barcelona.

He is a member of the Technical Committee of the Catalonian Institute of Chartered Accounts and is a registered auditor in Spain (ROAC).
