Guillermo Gastón de Iriarte is a partner at RSM and specialises in Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

Guillermo is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in corporate and M&A transactions, advising domestic and international companies. He provides contractual and corporate advisory to companies, multinationals and their subsidiaries belonging to a variety of productive and service sectors.

Furthermore, he is experienced in designing and implementing M&A transactions for the sale of companies and/or assets, joint ventures, including the management, coordination and execution of legal audits or due diligence.

Likewise, in the corporate sphere, he is accustomed to planning and executing a wide variety of agreements and corporate transactions, such as mergers, spin-offs, and contributions of a branch of activity.

Guillermo began his professional career at Cuatrecasas and later worked at Tena Muñoz y Asociados, Jones Day, AC&G Asesores Legales, Olleros Abogados, and Andersen Tax & Legal Iberia, before joining RSM as a partner.

He holds a Law Degree from CEU San Pablo and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
