Guy Richard Wallis is a partner at RSM and specialises in Financial Advisory Services.

He specialises in all aspects of deal advisory: buy-side and sell-side due diligence, negotiations, post deal integration, exit strategy and valuations.

Guy has over 20 years of professional experience in Big 4 firms and has led more than 100 transaction advisory assignments in 11 countries: Spain, UK, France, Italy, Portugal, USA, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, and Malaysia.

At the beginning of his professional career, he worked at KPMG and Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC). Later, he became a Director at Everis Financial Advisory Services, before founding firms called Multilateral Markets and Wallis Advisory. He then became a Director at Forest Partners (now Duff & Phelps) and in 2017 he joined RSM, where he is a Partner.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences from the University of Bath and an MBA with Management of Multilateral Projects from ICEX-CECO.

Furthermore, he is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is registered in the Official Register of Auditors in Spain (ROAC).
