Jordi Bellobí

Jordi Bellobí is a partner at RSM, specialises in Corporate Finance and heads the Financial Advisory Services area.

Jordi has considerable experience in providing professional corporate finance and transaction services to a wide variety of groups, companies and institutions. During his career, he has completed numerous due diligence assignments in wide variety of industries, with a focus on a cross-border transactions and advisory on corporate and private equity transactions, mainly in the mid-market segment.

His sector expertise includes consumer and industrial markets, health, retail, food and media.

Jordi is a professor of several corporate finance modules, mainly due diligence and valuation, of the Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance at the Barcelona School of Management (BSM), Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

He began his career at KPMG and then moved to BDO, where he became a partner. Later, he founded Argentum Finanzas Corporativas, which subsequently merged with RSM Spain.

He holds a Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, a PDD (Management Development Programme) from IESE, an AMP (Advanced Management Programme) from ESADE, including a Global Growth Strategy Programme at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA.
