Miguel Capel is a partner at RSM and specialises in labour law.

He joined the firm in 2003 as a partner. Previously, Miguel worked for seven years in the Labour Law and Procedural Law departments of a well-known law firm in Barcelona. His professional practice focuses on labour law. Miguel is the partner in charge of the Labour and Social Security Law Department, as well as the Payroll Management Department.

Miguel, during his more than 25 years of professional career, has participated as a labour lawyer in several corporate restructuring processes, advising companies and groups of companies, both national and international, in merger and acquisition projects. He has also participated in numerous labour law matters, assisting and representing his clients before the Social Jurisdiction Courts at all levels.

He holds a Law Degree from the University of Barcelona.

He is also a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and is a member of the Labour and Procedural Law section of the ICAB.
