Alfonso Ollero is a partner at RSM and specialises in Corporate Finance M&A in the Seville office.

Alfonso has extensive experience in company and business law. He is an expert in commercial law, specialising in company law, business restructuring processes, corporate crises, as well as commercial contracts of all kinds and corporate law.

Throughout his career he has provided legal consultancy services as part of the commercial law department of various law firms, directly assuming secretarial duties for corporate bodies, planning and execution of restructuring operations, negotiation and representation in contracting processes, legal assistance in legal proceedings of a commercial nature.

He holds a degree in Law from the University of Seville and has participated in the incorporation and development of new specialised law firms.
