Carlos Tassara is a partner at RSM and specialises in Corporate Finance M&A in the Seville office.

Carlos has extensive experience and track record thanks to a large portfolio of clients whom he advises on the various regulatory specialities of administrative law. These include urban planning, environment, renewable energies, water, regulated sectors, public procurement, compulsory purchase, subsidies and public aid, and claims for liability of the Administration. He has advised and continues to advise public and private entities on these matters, as well as numerous collaborating urban planning entities.

In addition to his work as a professional lawyer, he teaches future legal professionals in public and private institutions such as the Pablo de Olavide University in Seville, among others.

He holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid.
