Daniel is a partner at RSM and specializes in criminal and procedural law.

Lawyer specialized in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law, he has significant experience in handling cases before the Audiencia Nacional and the Supreme Court, defending the interests of both companies and individuals, intervening in cases of special complexity.

In addition, he has numerous actions before the Secretariat of the Commission for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism, penitentiary law and acts as an expert witness before the Courts in relation to compliance plans.

He is the author of various publications related to criminal law and has a Master in Criminal Law (ICAM), Postgraduate expert in Criminal Law (EU), Master in Business Law (ICADE) and certification by the Spanish Association of Compliance since 2017 (ASCOM).
