Eduardo is a partner at RSM and specialises in employment.

Eduardo specialises in labour law, and has more than 25 years' experience advising international companies on all types of labour law matters, particularly in all aspects of collective bargaining and dispute resolution. 

Throughout his extensive experience, he has stood out for his ability to find imaginative solutions to complex situations in the field of company restructuring.

He is currently a lecturer at the Instituto de Empresa (I.E.) on collective bargaining and corporate restructuring, and an honorary lecturer at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

He also teaches on the above subjects in different organisations, such as Asociación para el Progreso y Desarrollo (APD), Expansión y Empleo, IESE, Ministerio de Economía y Hacienda.
He is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), International Labour Association (ILA), Forelab, Asnala, and is a regular contributor to the American Bar Association.

He is a professional mediator for the Ministry of Justice.
