Francisco Arroyo is a partner at RSM and specialises in Corporate Finance M&A in the Seville office.

Francisco has extensive experience in Corporate and Business Law in its corporate and contractual aspects. He has successfully intervened in numerous company mergers and acquisitions. He currently acts as secretary of various administrative bodies of commercial companies. He also works extensively as a legal advisor to family businesses.

He holds a degree in Law from the University of Seville and has extensive experience in the management and leadership of teams and new projects. He has also participated in projects for the creation of new specialised legal firms, contributing to their growth and development.
