Javier Mourelo is People & Culture Director .

He has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources management. Among other professional background, Javier Mourelo worked at Clifford Chance as HR Development Director for 14 years. Additionally, he has been Director of People at Kreab Worldwide and Director of Organisation and HR at Vivanta. In the academic field, he is a visiting professor at the University of Navarra and the IEB.

He holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a diploma in Graphology, a master's degree in Human Resources Management from the CEF and an Advanced Management Program from ESADE.
