Lucía is Head of innovation at RSM.

Her career as a lawyer specializing in commercial law has given her extensive experience in advising technology companies and startups, thanks to this, she has a global perspective on the needs, trends and state of the art that led her to specialize in legaltech.

He has developed open innovation projects aimed at the digitization of companies, with a focus on corporate legal consultancies and law firms (Legal Operations).

In 2021 he founded innova.legal, a think tank that fosters synergies with various industry players to promote the creation and implementation of innovative projects acting as a link between legal and technological talent.
