Mario is a partner at RSM and specialises in litigation and corporate defence.

Mario has more than 18 years of experience specialising in business litigation and corporate defence.

He has led several of the most relevant proceedings in our judicial landscape, both in Criminal, Civil and Commercial Jurisdiction.

Mario has defended national companies and large multinational corporations before the National High Court in the main criminal macro-cases and before the Supreme Court in matters of extraordinary economic relevance.

His civil and commercial knowledge and experience has enabled him to guide corporate disputes with a multidisciplinary approach before any jurisdiction and always with a focus on economic recovery and the preservation of corporate reputation.

In addition, Mario is a lecturer at several universities and business schools and is the author of numerous publications.
