Natalia has developed her entire professional life in the field of labor law, advising all kinds of companies in all matters related to employment and labor law. She has more than 25 years of experience providing comprehensive advice to national and international companies in the management of their human resources, specializing in aviation labor law and the education sector.

Natalia has also combined her professional activity with teaching, giving labor law classes at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and CEU Luis Vives, in Madrid.
