Rafael Rojas

Rafael is a partner at RSM and specialises in labour law.

Throughout his professional career, he has repeatedly advised national and international companies and individuals in all areas of Labor Law and Social Security.

In addition to participating and coordinating numerous collective bargaining processes, he very regularly represents both companies and individuals in all types of legal proceedings in the social order.

In the academic field, Rafael is part of the faculty of the Professional Master of Legal-Labor Advice of the Center for Financial Studies (CEF), although throughout his career he has participated as a lecturer in multiple training programs.

He is the author of various publications and collaborated on the monograph “Labor restructuring: a practical study on flexibility measures in the Company” (Ed. CEF).

Before joining RSM Spain he worked in the Labor and Social Security Law area of several firms such as Andersen, Auren and Chávarri Abogados.

Rafael has a Law Degree and a Master’s degree in Business Legal Advice from the Instituto de Empresa (IE) and a Master’s Degree in Labor Legal Advice from the Center for Financial Studies (CEF).
