Rocío is a partner at RSM and specialises in labour law.

During her professional experience of more than 13 years, Rocío has always specialised in providing legal advice on labour and collective bargaining matters to domestic and international companies in both the private and public sectors.

Furthermore, she is an expert in restructuring operations derived from operations linked to corporate reorganisations and productive decentralisation.

She has advised on matters related to electoral processes and other forms of legal representation of workers in private companies or public administration.

She has extensive experience in labour litigation, both in proceedings before the social jurisdiction and before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction, in relation to a wide variety of labour matters.

In the field of teaching, Rocio is a lecturer of the Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management at the International Graduate School.

Rocio has spent her professional career in important law firms such as Garrigues, Alemany, Escalona & de Fuentes, CMS Albiña & Suárez de Lezo or Andersen. She has recently joined RSM Spain.

She holds a Degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Cordoba.

She is also a member of the Seville Bar Association.
