Santiago Gastón de Iriarte is a partner at RSM and specialises in commercial and civil law.

Santiago is a specialist in Banking and Financial Institutions Law and has extensive experience in domestic and international arbitration, civil property law and the organisation of family successions and business groups.

In the academic field, Santiago is a full professor of Civil Law at the Complutense University of Madrid.

Santiago has a professional career spanning more than 45 years, in which he has been a partner of Andersen Tax & Legal, partner of Olleros Abogados, and managing partner of AC&G Asesores Legales, of ALI Asesores Legales y de Inversiones, S.L., and of Cuatrecasas Madrid and Estudio Jurídico Serrano 57, as well as lawyer of the Legal Department of Banco Urquijo Madrid and director of the Legal Department of Banco Urquijo Singapore. During this time, he has had the opportunity to gain experience in all the specialties that comprise Property Law.

He holds a Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and a Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICADE.

He is also a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
