Víctor is an RSM partner and specialises in Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Restructuring.

Víctor specialises in commercial and corporate law, as well as in reorganisation and restructuring operations of domestic and foreign corporate groups: mergers, contributions of branches of activity and operations for the sale and acquisition of companies and assets. He has extensive experience in international private law.

He has developed his professional career in prestigious firms such as Loyens & Loeff, Cuatrecasas, BDO, Rousaud Costas Durán and Andersen Tax & Legal. In 2017 he joined Argentum Finanzas Corporativas as a partner, which would later be integrated with RSM.

He holds a Law Degree from the Universidad San Pablo-CEU and the Universitat de Barcelona and studied International Law, European Law and Dutch Law at Radboud University.
