Konrad Lerjerud is RSM Sweden's representative for The Forward Sprint 2024!

The Forward Sprint is an international program where RSM brings together junior employees from all over Europe. The aim is for the employees to generate creative solutions to various challenges that RSM currently faces. We are happy to announce that Konrad Lerjerud is RSM Sweden's representative in this year's edition of The Forward Sprint!

We live in constant development, where the way we work, how we approach problems and how we deliver value to business and society is changing. To continue to lead the way forward for our customers, we need to equip our people with the right mindset, skills and tools to adapt to these changes.

Each year, representatives from across Europe are selected to participate in a number of workshops where they explore, develop and apply their creative problem-solving skills to real challenges facing RSM. Participants examine the challenges to gain a better understanding of the context and the opportunities they provide for RSM. They then generate ideas and develop solutions. Finally, the solutions are presented to a panel of regional and global leaders.

From RSM Sweden, we are sending this year Konrad Lerjerud, who started his career as an accountant at RSM three years ago.

During the autumn, employees from all over Europe will work within the project and then conclude with a meeting where they will present their work.
