Mathias Jollien

Corporate Tax & Private Client Services Consultant

Mathias is a consultant in the Tax and Legal Department in Geneva. He holds a master’s degree in law and economics with a specialization in tax law. He previously worked for a large Swiss bank and other tax firms in the french-speaking part of Switzerland.

His main focus area is the tax due diligence analysis for M&A transactions. Additionally, he provides support on tax issues relating to philanthropic activities, in particular tax exemptions and gift/inheritance tax.
