About Augustin
Augustin joined RSM in November 2019 and has been serving as a Partner since July 2023 within the Legal & Tax department of RSM Switzerland. He is responsible for the "Global Employer Services" service line, which he has built and developed. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law & Taxation as well as an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Geneva.
After gaining initial experience as a legal counsel in a law firm in France specializing in labor law, Augustin worked at EY Switzerland for nearly ten years (2010-2019) within the People Advisory Services department.
A specialist in international mobility, he covers a broad spectrum of legal and operational disciplines, including personal taxation, social security and pension schemes, employee compensation and incentive plans, immigration, and HR matters. He assists his clients in managing complex mobility cases within an ever-evolving regulatory environment. He has advanced expertise in advising executives and entrepreneurs, with specific recognition in international social security and cross-border issues between Switzerland and France.
Committed to the local ecosystem, he is a member of the Legal & Tax Commission of the French Chamber of Commerce in Switzerland, as well as the Global Employer Services Committee of the RSM network.
He is particularly appreciated by his clients for his attentiveness, availability, ability to establish lasting and ethical relationships, as well as his empathetic and collaborative approach.
