About Weronika

Weronika holds a Master’s degree in business law and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in accounting and taxation. She has also completed the tax expertise program at ExpertSuisse. 

With over 10 years of experience at RSM Switzerland, she specializes in corporate and individual taxation, advising Swiss and international clients within the RSM network.

She has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, VAT, stamp tax, trading issues, group structuring, tax rulings, and tax negotiations. 

Weronika works with businesses of all sizes and has significant experience in the commercial, technology, and service sectors. She is fluent in French, English, and Polish and has a good understanding of German.
