Firuz is co-founder of RSM Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan and joined RSM in 2015 as International Contact Partner with extensive professional experience in financial management, audit and assurance, consulting, internal audit processes, development sector. Prior to joining RSM, Firuz has led teams in number of top ranked professional services firms and provided technical support field offices of leading international organizations at regional and global settings for more than seven years. Firuz brings a wealth of experience in successfully leading large-scale audits and assessment assignments for prominent institutions and organisations across Central Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.

As the International Contact Partner for RSM Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan, Firuz plays a pivotal role in fostering international collaborations and expanding the firm's global network. He utilizes his extensive experience and expertise to facilitate cross-border engagements, enhance service quality, and ensure the seamless integration of international standards and practices across the region. His responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, coordinating multi-country assignments, and driving strategic initiatives that align with RSM International's global objectives.

As the Ethics & Independence Partner for RSM in Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan, Firuz ensures the integrity and objectivity of the firm's operations. He is pivotal in maintaining compliance with ethical standards and independence requirements, overseeing policies and procedures that protect the firm's reputation. Firuz's duties include advising on ethical dilemmas, conducting ethics and independence training for staff, and ensuring all engagements comply with regulatory and professional standards. His expertise promotes a culture of ethical behavior and accountability within the firm, enhancing trust and confidence among clients and stakeholders.

As the technical lead for audit, assurance, and IFRS, Firuz offers expert guidance on complex accounting matters. His responsibilities include overseeing audit processes, implementing best practices. Leveraging his extensive experience and deep understanding of IFRS, Firuz is instrumental in building stakeholder trust and confidence while driving the ongoing improvement of the organization's audit and assurance services.
