On 10 February 2025, the Government issued Decree No. 20/2025/NĐ-CP, amending Decree No. 132/2020/NĐ-CP on tax administration for enterprises engaged in related party transactions.

This decree will take effect on March 27, 2025, and will apply to the Corporate Income Tax for 2024.
