In the last spotlight October 2018, we informed some remarkable contents in Decree No. 119/2018/ND-CP guidance on electronic invoice. Given the guidance on electronic invoice application, Ministry of Finance released the Draft Circular guiding implementation of Decree No. 119/2018/ND-CP. Therefore, in this spotlight, we would like to inform the noticeable regulations in the Draft Circular.
