• Has a wide experience in legal audit missions (contribution in kind, quasi-contributions, mergers and acquisitions, dissolution, liquidation, judicial reorganization...
• Expert in consolidation (preparation as well as audit of consolidated accounts)
• Expert for various workers' councils
• Member of the "Conseil de l’Art Dramatique de la Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles".
• Former member of the accounting matters commission at the Institute of Registered Auditors
• Former member of the workgroup related to french speaking education at the Institute of Registered Auditors
