Today was published the Ordinance 139/2020 postponing the collection of the social security contribution (INSS) and the tax on revenue (PIS/COFINS) of March and April to July and September, respectively. The ancillary obligation were also impacted as follow:

 

  • Declaration of Federal Tax Credits and Debits (DCTF): Filings of April, May and June were postponed to the 15th business day of July, 2020;

  • Digital Tax Bookkeeping (EFD) of Tax on Revenue (PIS/COFINS): Filings of April, May and June were postponed to the 10thbusiness day of July, 2020
