About Hélène

Hélène Kermorgant, a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, has been specializing in social housing and Local Public Enterprises (LPEs) for nearly 30 years. Before joining RSM in 1999, she gained practical experience as the Chief Financial Officer of a social housing and development SEM for six years.

As the Partner responsible for the "Social Housing and LPE" department at RSM, Hélène leads a team of 25 expert consultants, dedicated to serving stakeholders in this sector across France. Read more

A recognized professional deeply involved in the social housing sector, she has been a member of the HLM working group at the CNCC for 25 years and regularly participates in ANC HLM working groups. She also lectures students at the University of Paris Dauphine.
