About Jean-Michel

With 16 years of experience at KPMG, Jean-Michel joined RSM Ouest in 2002 as a partner. He leads the audit department in Nantes, which consists of 25 professionals, and has over 30 years of experience. He has in-depth knowledge of auditing listed companies, regional mid-market firms (ETIs), and large accounts under both French and international standards. A member of the governance committee of MiddleNext, Jean-Michel contributed to drafting the MiddleNext Code and has written numerous articles on governance for mid-market companies.
