About Patton

Patton, a certified public accountant, began his career at RSM in 2000 within the audit department.

He was later tasked with co-leading the consolidation and social departments before specializing in advising French and international groups on their organizational, accounting, taxation, and reporting issues. He handles complex topics such as financial function outsourcing projects, reorganization or restructuring during acquisitions, joint ventures, or spin-offs.
