RSM conducted the financial, tax, and personnel due diligence for Raffinerie du Midi during the acquisition of Imrat Engineering

RSM, the 6th largest global network of consulting and audit firms, conducted the buy-side financial, tax, and personnel due diligence for Raffinerie du Midi, a key player in energy logistics, during the acquisition of Imrat Engineering, a specialist in the engineering of aboveground vertical storage tanks.

For this strategic acquisition, Raffinerie du Midi was supported by a multidisciplinary team led by Eric Fougedoire and Cécile Guyot, RSM partners.

Through this operation, RSM’s Corporate Finance division strengthens its role as a consultant to companies in the TICC (Testing, Inspection, Certification, Compliance) sector in industrial and energy environments.

Raffinerie du Midi, a player in energy logistics, announces the integration of Imrat Engineering. This strategic acquisition of a historic partner marks a new step in the development of its expertise, strengthening the broad range of its service offerings to meet the needs of operators of Installations Classified for Environmental Protection (ICPE), energy companies, and all logistical infrastructure.

The Isère-based company, recognized for its expertise in the engineering of aboveground vertical storage tanks, joins Raffinerie du Midi.
