ABOUT SUNDFITRIS

Current role description

Sundfitris is a Partner for Tax Practice at RSM Indonesia. He is in-charge to render professional development amongst other roles.

Before joining RSM Indonesia, he experienced working for one of Big Four accounting firm (including working in Sydney, Australia), providing taxation advisory to wide-range and multinational and domestic companies.

Apart from working with Advisory Firms, he also has the experience of working in a leading Telecommunication Company and a leading Technology (e-commerce) Company, where he dealt with end-to-end business activities and various corporate actions.

Current service skills and experience

Sundfitris oversees and advises on transaction structuring during the acquisition of one of the leading fintech companies by a leading e-commerce company to achieve tax optimization and avoid unnecessary tax exposures, restructuring of transactions and business model of one of the most rapid growth technologies start-up company. He is currently engaged and advising a renewable energy (geothermal) power plant, a greenfield project, covering business model and forecast, funding arrangement, EPC, and others.

Current sector or industry expertise

Sundfitris serves more than two business sectors that currently serving e-Commerce Technologies companies, a financing company with technology base business operations, Energy company (power plant), and Infrastructure company.

He also is experienced to serve leading FMCG companies in the past and gained valuable experience.

Approach to service delivery and other

Sundfitris is a highly committed person and consider integrity as his top priority, knowledgeable with various experience in serving clients from various business sectors, and even worked for a telecommunication company and e-commerce company where he dealt with daily end-to-end business activities. He is involved to review and decide various new businesses to go 'live' beside assisted the Board of Directors to make decisions on various corporate actions.

Sundfitris is very reliable, trustworthy, creative without compromising compliance, high in integrity, governance, and quality.
