Mr. Elatar Joined RSM Shiff Hazenfratz & Co. in 2005. He has over 20 years’ experience in public accounting serving clients from middle market companies, public companies, non-profit organizations and government institutions.

Mr. Elatar holds a B.A in accounting and financing from The College of Management.

• Director of Audit and the preparation of financial statements of private companies and reported in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and according to the international accounting standards IFRS, in industry, trade and services
• Responsible for preparing and submitting reports to the IRS, including under the Encouragement of Capital Investments; An accounting guidance, representation before tax authorities, submission of reports to the Investments Centre and OCS; Treatment current reports these bodies; valuations, feasibility studies and due diligence (Due Diligence)
• Has served as the auditors of the IAA, including financial statement audits, support and optimization of Accounting Department, reviewed the salary and pension system, and more.
