Gilad Avraham holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from Bar-Ilan University. He began his professional career in 2009 at one of the BIG 4 firms as a senior manager. He also served as a senior manager at one of the BIG 4 firms in London for about two years as part of a relocation to the firm in the UK.

Professional Background and Areas of Expertise:

• Extensive experience in providing audit services for annual and quarterly financial statements of public and private companies, in Israel and abroad
• Significant experience working with foreign markets and in an international environment, with a global perspective and substantial work experience abroad using advanced tools and methodologies
• Regular interaction with senior management, the board of directors, and regulatory authorities (Capital Market Authority)
• Auditing financial statements according to international accounting standards (IFRS), American standards (US GAAP), Israeli accounting standards, and according to international, American (PCAOB and AICPA), and Israeli auditing standards
• In-depth familiarity with a wide range of activity sectors, including the capital market (insurance, pensions, and provident funds), renewable energy, retail, technology, and high-tech, among others
• SOX and internal control processes audit, consulting on process implementation according to professional criteria and guidelines in Israel and abroad
