RSM Shiodome Partners Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Seii Kyo as a director, effective July 1, 2024. Kyo, who joined the firm in 2020, has played a pivotal role in launching the China Desk, which facilitates inbound business from Greater China clients. In 2021, she was appointed head of the CEO’s Office, and in 2022, she advanced to the role of executive officer, spearheading cross-organizational reforms to enhance operational efficiency. Since 2024, she has also led the China Desk and the Cash Management Division, making significant contributions to the company's development.
Moving forward, Kyo will continue to drive the expansion of the cash management business and the strengthening of recruitment and human resources systems.
With Kyo's appointment as director, RSM Shiodome Partners Limited is also unveiling a new management structure. To further enhance organizational management and bolster existing services, each director will now assume a C-suite position. This reorganization aims to strengthen recruitment, optimize the organizational framework, and promote robust management strategies. Under this new structure, each director will leverage their expertise to contribute to the sustainable growth and development of both the company and society.

Kengo Maekawa
Founder ＆ CEO
Kengo Maekawa began his career in the audit department of ShinNihon Audit Corporation (now EY ShinNihon LLC), where he conducted statutory audits for listed companies in various industries. He later transitioned to the firm's Public Offering Services Division, specializing in IPO support, M&A support, and due diligence. In 2008, he founded the Shiodome Partners Group and assumed the roles of representative director and president. In 2009, he became Group CEO, overseeing a team of professionals including certified public accountants, tax accountants, lawyers, and social insurance labor consultants. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Japan/US), Tax Accountant, Administrative Scrivener, and holds an EMBA.
Mitsuaki Kanamori
Director and COO (Chief Operating Officer)
Mitsuaki Kanamori joined the Shiodome Partners Group in 2011, bringing experience from the corporate sector. He has worked extensively with small and medium-sized enterprises in the Accounting and Tax Services Division and played a key role in the expansion of the Okinawa branch. In 2017, he was appointed Okinawa Branch Manager, and in 2018, he became an executive officer leading quality control initiatives. He has been instrumental in driving cross-organizational reforms in operational efficiency, quality control, and risk management. In 2020, he was appointed to the board of directors and assumed leadership of the Accounting and Tax Services Division in 2023. In 2024, he assumed the position of Director and COO.
Sota Yamaguchi
Director and CRO (Chief Risk Management Officer)
Sota Yamaguchi joined the Shiodome Partners Group in 2016 after working at AGS Consulting. He has a proven track record in providing comprehensive consulting services to client companies, including IPO consulting, internal control consulting, internal audit consulting, stock valuation, financial due diligence, and cost accounting consulting. His expertise extends to listed companies, listed subsidiaries, and companies preparing for IPOs. In 2020, he was appointed to the board of directors and assumed leadership of the Advisory Services Division. In 2024, he assumed the position of Director and CRO.
Satoru Kobayashi
Director and CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
Satoru Kobayashi joined the Shiodome Partners Group in 2012, bringing experience from the corporate world. He has been involved in a wide range of corporate services, including corporate establishment, shareholders' meetings, licensing procedures, residency status, fundraising support, and real estate matters. He later led the department responsible for legal services. In 2018, he became an executive officer and headed the Legal Affairs Division. He collaborates closely with legal professionals within the group to provide comprehensive legal support to clients. In 2020, he was appointed General Manager of the Administration Department and joined the board of directors in 2021. In 2024, he assumed the position of Director and CFO.
Seii Kyo
Director and CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer)
Seii Kyo began her career at KPMG LLP, where she focused on statutory audits for Japanese automobile manufacturers. In 2016, she transitioned to KPMG AZSA LLC's Advisory Services Department, specializing in internal control and IFRS implementation support for Chinese subsidiaries of Japanese companies. In 2020, she joined RSM Shiodome Partners and played a crucial role in launching the China Desk, catering to inbound business from Greater China. She was appointed head of the President's Office in 2021 and became an executive officer in 2022. Since 2024, she has also led the China Desk and the Cash Management Division. In 2024, she assumed the position of Director and CHRO.
